The Senior Centers' offer flexible, smoke-free, affordable
facilities that can handle groups.
Tyvola Location
The Charlotte Mecklenburg Senior Center is
professionally decorated in jewel tones; has conference rooms with
comfortable, functional furniture; and original artwork displayed throughout
the building.
Located
on Tyvola Road, just off 1-77, the Center is convenient to
any location in the region, including Uptown Charlotte,
Charlotte-Douglas International Airport, and the South Park
area. There is accessible, free parking.

The Lance Gallery,
120' long, provides a comfortable, beautifully decorated
venue for social gatherings. Accommodates 25-35 people.
 Parker Hall
is 72' x 40'9", 2979sf; may be sectioned off into three smaller rooms.
Approximately 200 chairs available as well as 20 to 22 each of 5ft round and
6ft long tables.
The Hospitality Suite is an open
area with seating for 24 people at six card tables.
The Conference Room
has eight conference tables, chalk boards, video
screen, wet bar and opens to a private patio. The room seats 20 people.
The Activities Room
is 24' x 24'
and can be divided into two rooms. Configured with classroom size
tables, 36 people can be seated . Opens to a private
patio.
The Kitchen,
located off
Parker Hall, is available for licensed caterers only. If you need assistance
in arranging for a caterer,
the staff at Charlotte Mecklenburg Senior Centers will be glad to help.

Shamrock Location
The Multipurpose Room
Provides 100sf of comfortable space for gatherings. Accommodates 100 people
in auditorium style or with tables and chairs around 50 people.
The Computer Room
An excellent location for small meetings with accommodation for up to 20
people. Six computers are also available for use.
The Dining Room
Seats around 50 people - perfect for family reunions
