Tournament Committee Member
Date needed: On-going
Description: The Golf Tournament Committee meets once a month.
The committee is responsible for all parts of the tournament
from logistics, marketing, sponsorships, and recruiting players.
Marketing Assistants
Date needed: On-going
Description: Help spread the word about the tournament by
sharing the flyers and brochure with your church, civic groups,
friends, and neighbors. Volunteers are also needed to distribute
flyers to coffee shops and other places around town.
Day-Of Volunteers
Date needed: Monday, June 18th, 2012
Description: The tournament could not happen without the help
of volunteers. Volunteers are needed on the day-of the
tournament to…

Handle
all setup and cleanup

Manage
registration of golfers and volunteers

Greet and
welcome golfers to the tournament

Distribute
waters and snacks around the course (on golf carts)

Sell
mulligans and prize give-away tickets

Observe all
par 3 holes for potential hole-in-ones

Assist with
serving breakfast and lunch
